Our service is based upon a half day attendance at Snappy's Play Centre (www.snappysadventureplay.co.uk) in Whitstable, Kent, accompanied by one of our principle Directors.

SITE VISIT

We will offer you as much time as you require to look around our 8,000 sq. ft play centre. Incorporating a £120,000 play frame, a unique Parent Relaxing Lounge, a large, dedicated first floor air-conditioned party room and a fully equipped kitchen serving a wide range of hot and cold meals. We will accompany you throughout your visit to explain our services/ facilities and answer any questions."

BUSINESS PLANNING ADVICE

The following topics are available for discussion, which will assist in the evaluation of your business proposal and preparation of a formal Business Plan.

Market Research: Identification of catchment area; access to demographic information and evaluation of statistics; competition and SWOT analysis; location and selection of premises; regulatory controls and approvals.

Business Products and Services: Selecting your range of services and pricing policy (eg. Pay-for-Play, concessions, party options, food and drink, merchandising).

Equipment and Capital Expenditure: Selection of suitable play equipment and catering facilities; layout and design principles; budget expenditure and lead times.

Human Resources: Preparing a 'winning team'; Staffing levels and preparation of a rota; customer service standards etc.

Promotion and Advertising: Preparation for your Grand Opening; general marketing and seasonal promotions.

START UP COSTS
Schedule of capital equipment and overhead
expenditure.

SALES / REVENUE SPLIT
Monthly Forecast v Actual Sales Plan (Year 2000
to-date) including No. of children / No. of Parties,
average secondary spend and revenue streams.
Party analysis identifying average age per party.

DIRECT COSTS
Staff rotas (term time and school holidays) with
wage summary sheet.
Sample menu with average gross profit margins.

OPERATIONAL MASTERS
Party Booking Forms / Party Checklist Sheets.
Job descriptions, application form and contracts of
employment Fridge / freezer temperature control sheets.
Rules of Play poster.
List of recommended suppliers.		 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Throughout your visit we encourage an open
discussion on any aspect of the business, with
the opportunity to seek advice on particular
concerns you may have in respect of your own
venture.

OUR OBJECTIVE
As we have nothing to sell, therefore nothing to
gain, we can provide you with honest answers
to your questions and concerns. From the setting
up and operating of an indoor adventure play
centre to the impact on family life.

FEE STRUCTURE

Half Day at Snappy's          £600 + VAT
Payment Terms 50% - 5 days before visit
50% - on day of visit

Cheques should be made payable to "MW
Leisure Limited."

Additional work undertaken by agreement,
based upon an hourly rate of £50.00 per hour
plus expenses and VAT.
